Akhila is an applied theatre practitioner and performer from Delhi. With a passion for playing a game whenever possible, she designs and facilitates theatre-based interventions for corporates, non-profits, schools and universities in India and the U.S. Akhila has trained for more than 15 years in Bharatnatyam and loves to infuse the physical discipline of the form into her workshops. In the past, she has worked for companies including Potomac Theatre Project (New York City), San Francisco Mime Troupe, Imagination Stage (Maryland) and Arena Stage (Washington D.C).

Nikhil is the Artistic Director at BBO. Direction credits include For the Record, Monsoon Wedding the Musical (Staging Workshop Co-Directed with Mira Nair), The Shakuntala Project, Woyzeck and Katzelmacher (Karkhana).
Previously he has been the assistant director for Sunday in the Park with George on Broadway starring Jake Gyllenhaal and has also assisted Vishal Bhardwaj on the movie Rangoon.

Aparajita Komanduri

Aparajita Komanduri is a self-taught visual artist and graphic designer. Her foray into art began long before her engagement with lines and grids while in architecture college.
Being a creative multi-potentialite, she has performed as a Bharatnatyam dancer, worked as an interior designer/architect, and is now trying to make her way through the art world, trying one new thing at a time.
At BBO, Aparajita brings to the table her immense knowledge and experience in visual graphics. Apart from handling the design aspects of the company, she's also great at sourcing anything and almost everything.
